Job Description
Trillium Construction is now seeking experienced Industrial Millwrights to support the maintenance department at a steel mill in Pittsboro IN.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing conveyors, motors, pumps, gearboxes, bearings, hydraulic systems, and other heavy industrial equipment to ensure safe and efficient plant operations. Candidates must be able to read blueprints, perform precision alignments, complete preventive maintenance tasks, and work effectively in a heavy industrial environment while following all site safety requirements.
Schedule
Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
40-50 hours per week
This is an excellent opportunity for skilled millwrights seeking steady work in a steel mill environment with a strong focus on safety, reliability, and quality workmanship.
Requirements
- Minimum of seven (7) years of journeyman-level millwright experience in a steel mill, manufacturing facility, refinery, or other heavy industrial setting
- Dependable and able to arrive on time each day
- Possess all required hand tools
- Wear PPE at all times
- Successfully pass all pre-employment requirements, including any required drug screening, background check, and site-specific onboarding
